My Hoover Dishwasher Arrived Damaged and Does Not Wash at All

The Hoover dishwasher I bought from Amazon on July 16, 2025, has made me feel cheated out of my money. The service team came twice, and both times they claimed the problem was due to low electricity. However, other appliances like the washing machine and toaster work perfectly fine, so I don’t understand why the dishwasher doesn’t. It simply does not wash. On top of that, it arrived with two dented and visibly defective sides, but the service team refused to acknowledge these issues. I’ve been left with no other option but to pursue my rights through legal action.
