Hoover HLEH10A2TCEX-17 Dryer Isn’t Working and Service Hasn’t Responded

On 28.07.2024, I bought a Hoover HLEH10A2TCEX-17 dryer from Media Markt. This is my second complaint. I wrote on 14.10.2024, and Hoover service came that week. They said they would create a report and get back to me in 10 days, but no one has contacted me since. The service number is 0232 856 35 45 (Izmir Torbalı Ayrancılar Hoover service). There is no report, and the machine does not dry clothes. Is there anyone who can help? I’m heading into winter with two small children, and drying clothes has become a serious issue. Does Hoover value its customers this little? My spouse keeps saying to throw the machine out—it’s just taking up space in our home.
