Our Hoover washer-dryer machine is making excessive noise and leaving stains on clothes. We bought the machine on July 21, 2023, and we’ve had problems since day one. It started with unbearable noise, and now it’s also staining our clothes badly. We've called for service 2–3 times, but the technician who shows up seems inexperienced. He checks the machine, then calls his supervisor, explains the issue, gets a response, and simply relays it to us. During the last visit, we requested a replacement, but we were told there was nothing wrong with the machine. We are in a really difficult situation—our clothes are ruined, and we’re constantly worried the machine might literally walk out of the room one day. We’ve shared pictures as well. Based on what I’ve seen, other users have also experienced the same issues with this model.

We bought a Hoover brand washer-dryer machine. It broke down in less than a year. No one is interested in it at all. The machine makes excessive noise and leaves stains on clothes. Despite our repeated discussions, no solution has been provided. Throwing your money away. If you want, search for the brand on the site and you will understand what I mean. I also filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. If necessary, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office along with the invoice.

Today is the 5th day since the day they called. There is still no one calling or inquiring in terms of service. I will also report to CIMER and the Consumer Arbitration Board, and if necessary, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office. What's going on, are you selling defective machines and taking our money?

Still no one is calling or asking, and our laundry continues to get ruined... We regret it. We also extended the warranty for nothing. Whatever that warranty is for. It shouldn't be this easy to dismiss a faulty machine by saying there's nothing wrong with it.

Yes, today they called again, the factory officials sitting at the table and the lady who called me on the phone have concluded that there is no fault in the machine. Look at the state this huge company has fallen into, but I will not let you eat this money. Sooner or later, either this machine will be replaced or I will get my money back from you.

They are so used to these kinds of complaints that when I say I will initiate legal proceedings, no one even cares, meaning the customer is not important to them at all...

Still no solution... Stay away from this brand. Product... Check the complaint site before making a decision. They are still denying the faulty machine. We will only get our money back through the Consumer Arbitration Board. They don't value their customers... I have never seen a brand that cares so little about its customers... Service is zero. Customer satisfaction is zero. I even extended the warranty when I bought it, and for 5 years I will advertise you like this...

It has been 2 months since the complaint and malfunction, and still no one has called or inquired. There is absolutely no solution; this is what it means to be victimized despite paying. There is also no one to contact, which is another issue. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and am waiting for the result. You are incapable...
