Hoover 10kg Wi-Fi Dryer Leaks Water and Doesn’t Dry Clothes Properly
On December 11, 2024, I ordered a Hoover 10kg Wi-Fi-enabled dryer from Hepsiburada, and it was delivered on December 14. After I started using the machine, it began leaking water from the bottom and sides during operation, and water droplets started coming out from the door area. Additionally, there is an issue with the machine’s control unit—I run a 2.5-hour program, but it takes 5 hours to complete, and even then, the clothes come out soaking wet. I called customer service three times, and they assured me that a technician would arrive within four business days, but no one showed up. When I followed up, they repeated the same four-day promise, yet still, no one came. After some time, I opened another request, but again, no response. Not only are we completely dissatisfied with this machine, but we also feel like we’ve wasted our money. We request assistance, yet nothing happens—it has become a ridiculous situation. This has caused us a huge inconvenience. In short, buying a Hoover was a terrible mistake, and we demand a full refund for the product.
