Hoover Hle H9A2TE-17 Dryer Waiting 5 Days for Repair
Hi there,
About 1.5 years ago, I bought a Hoover Hle H9A2TE-17 washer dryer. Since February 2024, the machine has not been drying clothes, leaving them wet.
On Monday, March 11th, 2024, I called Hoover service (0850 811 1290) and registered a repair request. I was told a technician would arrive within 1-4 days.
Today is March 16th, 2024, and I still haven't heard from anyone. No technician visit, no call, nothing.
This morning, I called Hoover service again and explained the situation. I said I was waiting for the technician, but again, no response. In the afternoon, I called again and they kept giving me the same generic answers. They even tried to give me the service number, basically telling me to call them myself.
I called the service number myself and spoke to someone. They confirmed a service request was created on March 11th, but apparently, the service center doesn't care about Hoover headquarters. They told me they'll come sometime next week.
My point is when you buy appliances from lesser-known brands instead of major ones, and you need service, it turns into a big regret. I do not recommend Hoover to anyone, and I am filing a complaint.

There is no one calling or asking. It's been 10 days. I still haven't been able to take the faulty product to the service.
I calculated, and it's been 12 days today. There's no one calling or asking about the service. They supposedly wrote that they would get in touch as soon as possible. It's funny.

Today is the 16th day gone by. There has been no call or inquiry for service. Regret.
