Hoover dishwasher not working properly

My Hoover dishwasher, which I purchased in November, produces foam. Despite the fact that I registered three times and requested service, they never arrived. Adalar from the "Mevsim Teknik" technical service in Istanbul suggested that I change my dishwashing liquid. He had done this to me in a phone call; I tried it, and the foam was still there. I informed the customer service representative that the technician did not visit my home and did not see the dishwasher in operation. "We have received such a letter from headquarters," the representative said, "and I am reading the letter you received." He insists on a specific brand (Finish Classic tablet), which is not on the market but can be ordered online. Furthermore, the absence of foam in a detergent does not guarantee that it leaves no residue. The residue may or may not contain foam. I've used various dishwasher brands in the past and never had such an issue. The employee at "Mevsim Teknik" refuses to get up and deal with the problem. And Hoover has no way of controlling it. Our phone calls can be monitored. Customer service is powerless to intervene; at the end of every call, the customer representative ends the call with an "I have to hang up" style statement. Hoover's is what kind of brand? There is no customer satisfaction. Its sole purpose is to destroy poorly assembled or defective products. Is there no controller or enforcement for the services? "Hoover" is a brand with serious flaws, and the administration building also does not answer the phone. I read the other complaints, and the company gives template responses: "You can reach the customer representative at the number below, you can open a record," and so on. His only concern is to save the image. It is an old brand that deceives customers while selling at a reasonable price. I hope that with these poor customer service policies, they will be unable to overcome the conditions of free competition and will be forced to exit the Turkish market.
