They told me I'd be out of warranty unless I bought a limescale prevention device with a price tag of ₺1800. "Can't take it back," they said. They listed a bunch of excuses like "Your voltage is low, your water is limescale-filled." When I called customer service to ask if I needed to buy these products, they didn't say, "No, you don't have to." I didn't buy these products, and they didn't take the machine back either. After about 50 customer service calls, the machine is still at home, not working. No one's calling, no one's asking. I'm left with a machine that has never worked, is faulty, and has no owner. Lesson learned for me. I'll never forget the attitude of Hoover's service.
