My Hoover Dishwasher Started Rusting
I bought a Hoover dishwasher from Izmir Optimum Media Markt in July. I noticed rust on the bottom inside part pretty quickly, even though I haven't used the product much. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me over to the authorized service. The authorized service said they didn't install it and that the service responsible for installation should have the authority. I've been going back and forth between customer service and two service providers for a whole month. The technician from Karsiyaka Lider Technical Service didn't want to come and asked for a video instead. They said they would call but didn't, and then they blamed it on me, saying "the machine doesn't have enough salt." I can't even begin to describe how stressful this situation is. No one pays any attention at all. The service was really rude, and I thought it was totally unprofessional. The machine looks like it's made of tin, so it's getting rusty. I sought help with my consumer rights because I feel like I've been treated unfairly. I will never choose Hoover again, that's for sure.
