Hoover Tumble Dryer Warranty Issue

I called the authorized service to install the Hoover brand dryer I bought on September 27, 2023. They said they could provide additional warranty, and it was 900 ₺. I also sent an instant message. They called after 20 days, saying they could not provide an additional warranty, and they asked for 600 ₺ as an additional fee. They said, "No matter who you complain to." They also mentioned that if I don't want the additional warranty, they could provide a refund. This action did not suit the Hoover brand, which is known as a world-famous brand and which we used for the first time. Don't be surprised by what you know; well-known brands such as Bosch, Arçelik, etc., are better options to consider for future purchases.
