I Waited Months After My Honor Magic 7 Lite Screen Broke Despite Shatterproof Guarantee

I bought the Honor Magic 7 Lite specifically because it came with a shatterproof screen guarantee, but that promise fell apart—just like the phone. It broke on its very first fall, which was shocking given the brand’s durability claims. I immediately took it to KVK Bakırköy for service. That was over two months ago, and since then, no one has contacted me—not KVK, not Honor.
Out of desperation, I called Honor directly. They told me I would be issued a replacement device, but even that was 10 days ago and still no update, no call, no resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this after following all the proper steps.
I trusted the Honor brand, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed and feeling completely ignored. I demand immediate action—either deliver the promised replacement device or provide a full refund without further delay. No customer should have to chase a company for basic accountability.
