eDreams Charged From Tabby Without Refund Or Explanation
On 10/03/2026, an amount of 39 DHS was deducted by eDreams from my Tabby account directly in the Tabby app, even though I did not receive the expected refund and I believe this deduction is incorrect. I am confused about why this payment was taken and I cannot see a proper explanation or correction in my account. I am requesting that this 39 DHS be refunded to my original payment method and that my Tabby account be corrected so that no unjustified charges remain. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this deduction occurred and confirmation that similar issues will not happen again.
