I Regret Buying the Tefal Pro Express GV9812 — It Leaks Water and Support Ignored Me

On February 10, 2026, I purchased a Tefal GV9820 Pro Express Vision steam generator iron through the Vatan Bilgisayar mobile app. The product was delivered to me on February 13, but when I tried to use it for the first time, the iron did not produce any steam at all.
Encountering such a defect in a brand-new product was extremely disappointing. On February 14, I returned the product via courier. The following day, February 15, I received a message stating that the service process for my product had been started, under customer service form number 83MS0045532.
The product remained in service for an entire month, and during that time I was not given any updates or information whatsoever. Each time I called customer service, I was told that someone would call me back, but no one ever contacted me. Today, the product was returned to my doorstep without any explanation.
Since the product was defective from the very first use, I expected it to be treated as a defective item and resolved quickly, rather than being sent to service for repair.
I am only requesting a full refund for this product. I do not accept repair or replacement, because the product failed from the moment I first used it, and I do not want a repaired or replaced unit for a product that I originally purchased brand new.
I request that my grievance be resolved promptly and that my refund be processed without further delay.
