Delayed Front Camera Repair for Honor 90


I bought an Honor 90 model phone just before New Year's. On the third day, the phone fell and the front camera shattered. The following day, I brought it to KVK, and they provided me with a repair quote of approximately ₺2500. I made the payment right away, but unfortunately, they didn't have the spare part in stock. However, they assured me that it would be delivered within a week. It has been approximately 40 days, and we are still waiting for the spare part. I emailed Honor, and they assured me they would resolve the issue. It has been ten days, and they are still eagerly anticipating an email from the main headquarters. I am deeply upset by this situation. If the part for the phone is not in stock, I insist on receiving a replacement unit. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable.
