Garnier Micellar Water Caused Eye Burning And Yellow Separation

On 28 February, I purchased a Garnier product. I started using the product on 3 March and from the first use I noticed that a yellow layer formed in the upper part of the bottle, while the normal liquid remained at the bottom. Even when I shake the product, the liquid gathers again at the top as a yellow accumulation and does not reach a homogeneous consistency. When I used this product to remove my eye make-up, I felt a serious burning and stinging sensation in my eyes and it did not remove my make-up at all. The structure of the product irritated the skin around my eyes and damaged my skin, so I cannot continue to use it. My order number is 826405308 and I have not contacted Garnier customer service yet about this issue. I request that the content and quality of this product be examined and that I be assisted with a return/refund for the product due to this negative experience I have had.
