I purchased the Honor Magic 7 Lite specifically because it was marketed with a shatterproof screen guarantee, which gave me confidence in the device’s durability. Unfortunately, that trust was broken—literally—when the phone accidentally fell from just half a meter and the screen shattered completely. I didn’t expect a phone that came with such a strong durability promise to be so fragile.
As a consumer, I feel seriously misled and let down. This was my first time buying a product from Honor, and I genuinely believed I was getting a tough, reliable smartphone. But after this disappointing experience, I don’t see myself purchasing anything from the brand again.
Honor should take responsibility and honor the screen guarantee they advertise. I demand a full screen replacement under the shatterproof warranty or an appropriate refund. If you market your phones as durable, stand behind that claim when the product clearly fails.
