I purchased a Homend filter coffee maker on January 18, 2024, which broke down after just 5 months of use. Despite sending it for repairs twice, the machine was returned to me still non-functional. I can't understand how a product can be sent for multiple repairs and come back still not working.
I'm surprised that Homend would be involved in such a situation. Having trusted and used this brand's products for years, this repair experience has significantly damaged my brand loyalty. I'm now requesting a full refund and wish to return the current product.
As you can see from the attached service records, I've been dealing with you and various shipping companies for about a month now, with no resolution. It seems you might be selling defective products to your consumers through chain stores like A101, BIM, etc., and then giving them the runaround. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share this thought.
Finally, I urgently request either a product refund or replacement with a new one that won't break down again.
