Karaca Homend Tea Maker Arrived Damaged


When I went to A-101, I bought a Karaca Homend tea maker. It was sent in for warranty service because of some problems. It was through Kargomsende that I received the product, which had been transported to me in a secure and unharmed manner by MNG Cargo. It was smashed, and the top glass teapot was missing when I received it. I also discovered that the item was broken. For my trauma, I expect that I be compensated. To ensure that this issue is rectified, I will register complaints with Consumer Rights and any other relevant authorities.
