Homend Royaltea 1709h Tea Machine Malfunction / Karaca Service Failure
My Homend Royaltea 1709h tea maker has been a constant source of frustration, requiring five trips to the service center over the past three years for the same recurring problem. After the initial boiling cycle, the tea maker shuts down on its own. Despite attempts by the Karaca service team to address the issue, they've returned the appliance twice without any repairs. On subsequent occasions, the tea maker worked flawlessly for about a week before the same problem resurfaced. After three years, the service center concluded that the device is beyond repair and offered to refund us the invoice amount, which, due to inflation, wouldn't even buy us a single coffee pot. They claim this gesture is an act of kindness. Despite the product being still sold, they refuse to exchange it or fix it. Moreover, the information provided by customer service representatives is inconsistent and contradictory. We've been left unresolved for a month now. If this issue isn't addressed, I'll have no choice but to escalate the matter, along with all evidence, to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
