Homend Rejected Out Warranty Request for Tea Maker

On June 13, 2024, we bought a Homend brand teapot at Altınoluk Sok Market. This teapot broke down without using it for fifteen days and did not heat water. We called the service and they said they had a service in Akcay and we could take it there. Although there was a date and approval on the warranty document, they made a problem because there was no invoice, we could not find it because it was a market receipt, Sok market said that they could not give a retrospective invoice, but they gave a sales receipt, the price and sales date were written on this document. First they gave us an absurd suggestion that if there was a part replacement, we would accept it, if not, we would not accept it, and fifteen days later they told us that there were no parts and that it had to go to the central service. But then they said that the warranty was not valid. When I called the service again and talked to the customer representative, I realized that they definitely do not stand behind the defective product. They neither provide service nor return and exchange by using the invoice as an excuse. As someone who has been using Homend products since the past, I was very disappointed with both the poor quality of the product and the inadequacy of the service. Homend is now a brand that is infected by Karacan's poor quality and will never be purchased.
