Homend Kitchen Robot Warranty Replacement Delay

Dear Sir/Madam,
I submitted my Homend kitchen robot, purchased from your company, to your service center on August 22, 2023, with reference number 03791621 1017 under warranty coverage. I was informed that the repair couldn't be done due to the unavailability of spare parts. However, despite my request for a replacement with a new product covered by warranty, there has been no progress for 6 months. I kindly request that a new unit be sent to me.
