Homend Alex Pro 1283H Robot Vacuum Cleaner Stopped After Two Months

Last March, I bought a Homend Alex Pro 1283H robot vacuum cleaner. Regrettably, the device stopped working after just two months of use. I took it to the authorized service center for repair. I was told by the service center that they don't have any replacement parts for my particular model. At first, they suggested replacing the whole unit with a brand-new one. On the other hand, Karaca is suggesting a refund instead of a replacement. Could you please provide me with a replacement for the defective Homend Alex Pro 1283H robot vacuum cleaner? It would also be great if Karaca could apologize for the inconvenience caused.
