Last March, I bought a Homend Alex Pro 1283H robot vacuum cleaner. Regrettably, the device stopped working after just two months of use. I took it to the authorized service center for repair. I was told by the service center that they don't have any replacement parts for my particular model. At first, they suggested replacing the whole unit with a brand-new one.
