Arzum Has Not Delivered My Hot Air Fryer Won in the Çek Kazan Campaign

On September 3, 2024, I participated in the Arzum Thermogusto kitchen robot campaign through the Çek Kazan app and won a hot air fryer. They initially told me that my gift would be sent within 21 days. When I contacted Çek Kazan, they directed me to Arzum customer service, stating that Arzum was responsible for the shipment. Today is March 13, 2025, and I still have not received my gift. Arzum customer service representatives, Ms. H*** and Ms. N***, have repeatedly told me, "It will be shipped today, we will contact you, it will reach you soon," yet for over six months, they have failed to send the product. Arzum has proven itself to be an unreliable and disappointing brand.
