Arzum AR1070 Replacement Dispute
On September 11, 2021, I bought an Arzum AR1070 TECHNOART Maxi Plus from the Media Markt Balçova branch. Regrettably, the product experienced a malfunction and was sent to the Arzum Balçova service center for repair on January 25, 2024. The following day, on January 26, 2024, we received a text message stating that the spare part for the product was unavailable and that it would be inspected by an authorized service technician. On February 5, 2024, we received notification that the inspection had been finished, and the product was discovered to have a manufacturing issue, allowing us to get a replacement. After talking with the service center, we agreed to accept a black product that was identical to the original. Later on, a different product was provided as a replacement because the exact model was out of stock. Since the alternative product was a lower model than the one bought from Media Markt, we decided not to accept the offer. We insist on receiving a replacement of our product immediately. We kindly ask for a quick resolution to our complaint. Otherwise, we are sorry to say that we will have to take legal action, which we would rather not do.
