Hermes Germany Failed to Deliver My Package, Provided Misleading Updates

I was expecting my package from Hermes Germany today and even took time off work to be available for the delivery. Despite waiting by the window all day, I received a message stating, “We came, but you weren’t available.” This is completely untrue and incredibly frustrating.

Now I’m informed the package will supposedly arrive tomorrow, but I have no confidence in their service. I’m certain they’ll come up with another excuse like, “We didn’t find the delivery note in the mailbox,” even though no one has even attempted to deliver it.

This level of misinformation and poor service is unacceptable. I demand Hermes Germany delivers my package promptly and ensures accurate communication moving forward.
