Hermes Perfume Lacks Longevity, Doubtful About Authenticity

I purchased a Hermes perfume expecting high quality, but it has absolutely no lasting power. Considering the price I paid, this is extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, I cannot exchange it. Although I was assured it was an original product, I now question its authenticity. I bought it during a promotion, but I regret my decision and will never purchase from this brand again.

Either the perfume is expired, or there is another issue. When I tested the same scent at another retailer, it lasted an entire day. I need Hermes to address this matter, confirm the product’s authenticity, and provide a resolution. Customers deserve better quality and service for such a premium brand.
