I am still waiting for my refund from Hugo Boss. I was told that the money would be returned to my account as soon as possible, but it hasn’t arrived yet. It has been two days, and I am starting to worry that I won’t get my money back.

The refund amount is ₺6994, which is not a small sum. I reached out and was assured that it would be processed, yet nothing has changed.

Hugo Boss, issuing a refund shouldn’t take this long! I expect immediate action to process my refund and return my money. If I do not receive it soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
