I recently purchased a Hermes EDT set from S**** Parfümeri, a fragrance I’ve used before and loved for its long-lasting scent that stayed on clothes for days. However, the product I received this time feels completely different, raising doubts about its authenticity.

When I apply it, the scent fades entirely within an hour, leaving no trace. I trusted the store to provide an original product, but this experience has left me questioning its legitimacy.

I expect S**** to address this issue immediately and verify whether the product is genuine. Customers rely on trusted stores for authentic goods, and this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I request a resolution or replacement with a verified original product.
