Boyner Sent the Wrong Helly Hansen Jacket Twice—Still No Resolution

I placed an online order from Boyner for a Helly Hansen jacket as a birthday gift for my son. To make it special, I had it shipped directly to his address. However, instead of the plain navy blue jacket I ordered, Boyner sent a completely different jacket covered in promotional prints.

I immediately initiated a return request, and Boyner assured me via email that they would correct the mistake. I sent the first jacket back, repurchased the correct one, but once again, they sent the wrong jacket. At this point, the process became a nightmare of endless emails and phone calls.

In the end, my son had to travel from Finike to Izmir just to exchange the jacket for a pair of pants at a Boyner store. Their explanation? “The jacket was out of stock, so they sent that one instead.” What kind of logic is that? Thankfully, they didn’t send a skirt instead!

My surprise gift was completely ruined, and Boyner turned a simple purchase into a frustrating ordeal. The back-and-forth communication has been exhausting, with hundreds of emails and phone calls, yet Boyner failed to resolve their mistake. This experience has made me seriously question their customer service and reliability.
