I purchased a Helly Hansen jacket from The Moose Bay website. Even though I wore it very little, the feathers inside started coming out through the outer fabric. When the product first arrived, there were already slight openings in the stitching, but I didn’t pay much attention and continued using it. Later, after washing it, all the feathers clumped together in one area.
It’s incredibly frustrating to experience such issues with a high-priced product. When I sent the jacket in for inspection, I was informed that my claim had been rejected and that the product would be returned to me. I paid a significant amount for this jacket, and now I’m left both financially and emotionally disappointed.
I demand that my loss be compensated. The seller should take responsibility for the product they sell. I will pursue all my consumer rights to the fullest extent. Please issue a full refund immediately.
