Helly Hansen White Jacket Return Denied Despite Visible Wear

I purchased a white Helly Hansen jacket as a gift, but the only available option was a display item without a sealed package. Unfortunately, due to being tried on by multiple people, the collar had visible signs of wear. After 3-4 days, I attempted to return the jacket, but the store refused the return. I didn’t wash it, spray perfume on it, or use it in any way—only the price tag had been removed. I returned it in its original packaging, and I’m frustrated by the refusal to accept the return of an item that was already handled by countless others. I’m asking Boyner for assistance in resolving this issue. Why would I return the jacket if I had used it? Please review this matter thoroughly.
