Helly Hansen Sweatshirt Faded and Stretched After One Use

I purchased a Helly Hansen zip-up sweatshirt, but after wearing it just once, I noticed fading and stretching in the sleeve area. This is unacceptable for a premium brand.

I reported the issue to Makara Tekstil and sent the product in for inspection. They forwarded it to Helly Hansen’s official distributor in Turkey, only to come back with the usual excuse—user error. However, they provided no inspection report or detailed explanation.

I regularly buy Helly Hansen jackets, shoes, and pants, and I’ve never experienced such poor quality before. I strongly believe this is a manufacturing or storage defect.

I demand a full refund or replacement. Helly Hansen, take responsibility for your product quality instead of blaming your customers!
