I Sent My Steam Items to Hellcase But Didn’t Receive My ₺200 Payment

I made a deposit to Hellcase by sending my items directly from my Steam inventory. After receiving their trade offer, I accepted it as instructed. The items were successfully removed from my inventory — meaning the trade went through on my end. However, the promised payment of approximately ₺200 never showed up in my Hellcase account.

Later, support responded claiming I had canceled the trade, which is completely false. I even provided a screenshot proving that the items were successfully transferred, yet they still refused to acknowledge it. No refund, no credit, no help — just silence.

I want my payment processed or my items returned. This is a clear case of a user being misled and left empty-handed. Hellcase, take responsibility and fix this immediately.
