The trade appeared to go through at first — the bot initiated the offer, and for a brief moment, it even looked like the items showed up in my Hellcase inventory. But soon after, everything disappeared. Now there’s no trace of my items anywhere, and I’m extremely concerned they are gone for good.
I’ve tried reaching out to Hellcase support, but I haven’t received a single response. There’s no clear way to track the transaction on their platform, and I can’t tell if the trade was successful or if something went wrong on their end. This lack of transparency and communication is incredibly frustrating.
