I Opened a ₺122 Hellcase Knife Case But Can’t Receive My Knife Without Forced Trade

Hello, today I opened a knife case on Hellcase.com worth around ₺122, and while I won a knife, I’m unable to receive it. The platform is now requiring me to go through an extra trade process, which I never agreed to or asked for. I do not want to engage in any trade — I simply want to claim the knife I rightfully won.

I expected to see the knife directly in my Steam inventory as a result of the case opening, but instead, I’m being forced into a trade system that is confusing, unnecessary, and not explained beforehand. This is not what was promised during the case-opening process.

Please fix this and deliver the knife I earned. I want it sent directly to my Steam inventory without any forced trading steps. Hellcase, respond and honor the rewards your users win fairly.
