I Deposited Money on Hellcase But Didn’t Receive It in My Balance for 5 Days

I deposited money into my Hellcase account 5 days ago. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, but the funds never showed up in my Hellcase balance. Since then, I've been trying to contact support—but there’s no live chat option, and their support team is completely unhelpful. All I get are vague, repetitive replies.

Initially, they told me to wait 24 hours and promised that if the balance didn’t appear, they’d refund the amount. Well, it’s been five days now and I’m still chasing after my own money. Even after I sent them my payment receipt as proof, they keep responding with the same scripted messages—“wait a little longer.”
