I’ve been trying to withdraw an item from Hellcase for 3 days now, and all I’ve received from support is the same generic response: “Please be patient.” I opened a case, paid my money fairly, and got one of the worst knives in the game—but even that wasn’t available in their stock. Despite this, Hellcase is now pushing me to exchange the item instead of giving me what I won.
To make matters worse, the item I received is listed for $248 on Steam, yet the site only values it at $120, forcing me into a trade worth far less than what I rightfully earned. There’s no transparency or fairness in this process, and I feel completely scammed.
Hellcase needs to resolve this immediately—either give me the item I won, or refund me the full value I’m owed. “Be patient” is not an acceptable solution when real money is involved. I paid, I opened a case, and I should get what’s rightfully mine.
