After a deposit my balance didn’t update on Hellcase, how can I make support respond?

If your balance didn’t update on Hellcase after a deposit and you want support to respond;

Contact Hellcase support with a clear escalation;

• State that your deposit was successful but your Hellcase balance did not update
• Provide the deposit amount, currency, date/time, payment method, transaction ID/hash, and your Hellcase username
• Mention whether the payment shows as completed on your bank/crypto wallet/provider
• Attach screenshots of the payment confirmation and your Hellcase balance page showing no update

Ask them to;

• Confirm whether the deposit was received on their end
• Explain why the balance was not credited (payment processor delay, blockchain confirmations, system error)
• Manually credit your balance if the deposit is confirmed
• Provide a clear timeline for when the balance will be updated
• Escalate the issue to their payments or finance team if first-level support cannot fix it
