I Sold Skins on Hellcase for ₺900 but Never Received the Payment After Trade

I used Hellcase to sell my in-game skins through a trade linked to my Steam account. After accepting the trade, items worth around ₺900 were successfully transferred. However, I never received the payment. When I checked the transaction on the Hellcase platform, it showed as "trade canceled"—but my items are gone and the money is nowhere to be found.

I’ve contacted both Steam support and Hellcase customer service multiple times, but neither has responded. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted this platform with valuable digital items, and now I’m left with nothing—no items, no money, and no explanation.

I demand that Hellcase investigate this issue immediately and either return my items or refund the ₺900 I am owed. Ignoring users and stealing their skins under the guise of canceled trades is unethical and damaging. Fix this now.
