Baseus 30000mAh Power Bank Won’t Fully Charge

I purchased a Baseus 30,000 mAh Starlord power bank through Trendyol in 2024. Ever since I purchased it, the device has either failed to fully charge or has lost its charge very quickly. I have used the product fewer than 60 times so far, so I am disappointed that it is performing this poorly after such limited use.

The product started experiencing these problems before even reaching two years of use. I expect a power bank to charge my devices several times according to its advertised capacity and to retain its charge for a reasonable amount of time. However, this power bank neither charges fully nor lasts for very long once it is charged.

I request that the product be evaluated under its warranty coverage and, if necessary, technically inspected to identify the cause of the malfunction. Depending on the outcome, I request that the product be replaced with a new one or that my refund request be honored.
