I Won a $150 Item on Hellcase But Lost It After Being Asked for Extra Payment

I opened a $6 case on Hellcase and won a $150 item. Naturally, I was excited and tried to withdraw it. But when I attempted to claim the item, I was told it was “out of stock” and was offered a $250 knife instead. They said I needed to send them an additional $100 to receive the upgrade. I paid the ₺ equivalent, trusting their process.

But it didn’t end there. After the extra payment, they came back saying the item was being shipped internationally and requested yet another $300 to complete the delivery. That’s when I realized this whole thing felt like a scam. When I asked to cancel everything and get either my item or my money back, they refused—and to make matters worse, they locked my Hellcase account. I can’t even log in now.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Hellcase. It seems like a trap—offering fake upgrades just to extract more money, then disabling access once you push back. I strongly urge others to stay away from this site, and I demand that Hellcase refund the money I paid and deliver what I rightfully won. The platform should be investigated and shut down if this is how they treat users.
