If you won a big CS2 drop but can’t withdraw because stock is empty and you want to fix it;
Contact Hellcase support (or the platform where you won the drop) with a clear escalation;
• State that you won a CS2 drop with significant value but can’t withdraw because the stock is shown as empty
• Provide the drop/case ID, item name, date/time you won it, your account name, and screenshots showing the win and the “stock empty” message
• Attach proof of the drop result (in-platform history, notification, or screenshots) and your withdrawal attempt screen
Ask them to;
• Confirm that the item is in your account and reserved for you
• Explain why the stock shows as empty and blocks withdrawal (inventory glitch, stock sync issue, server error)
• Release the item to your withdrawable inventory or fix the stock listing
• Provide a timeline for resolution or alternative solution (direct transfer, manual payout)
• Send written confirmation once the issue is resolved
Tips while waiting;
• Log out and log back in or try a different device/PC/browser to rule out a local loading glitch
• Check your inventory page separately from the withdraw interface — sometimes the item is already in inventory but flagged incorrectly for withdrawal
• Ask if the platform has a manual withdrawal process when automatic systems fail
