Unverified Deductions From Account

I hold a debit card with Bank Alfalah and recently noticed multiple unjustified deductions related to a Google subscription. On 10 October 2026, there were three separate charges of 850 PKR each from Google One London GB via g.co/helppay#GB, and on 12 October 2026 there was another set of charges of 850 PKR and 90.74 PKR, even though I only intended to pay for a single subscription. These repeated transactions have caused an incorrect and excessive amount to be taken from my account. I have not yet contacted either Bank Alfalah or Google support about this issue. I kindly request that these duplicate and extra charges be urgently investigated, that all unjustified amounts be fully refunded to my Bank Alfalah debit card, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation and confirmation that such multiple deductions will not occur again in the future.
