Urgent Fix Needed!

I upgraded my Hailuo subscription to the Pro plan on 10/10/26, but I still cannot use the service. When I try to access it, the system shows a warning saying there are agents with outstanding payments and asks me to make a payment before I can continue to use it, even though I have already upgraded. This issue has been appearing since 08/10/26 and it is preventing me from working, as I rely on the service. I have contacted Hailuo support about this problem, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my Pro access be activated as soon as possible and that the “outstanding payment” issue on my account linked to the email address fbja***@gmail.com be resolved urgently so I can continue my work without further interruption.
