I Got Charged ₺3182 by Hellcase Without Any Purchase or Authorization

Hellcase, through a transaction labeled as Cstore, unjustly withdrew ₺3182 from my account. I never purchased any product or service from them, nor did I authorize this charge. This deduction is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant financial distress.

I demand a full refund of the ₺3182 that was wrongfully taken from my account. I have no association with Hellcase or Cstore, and this type of unauthorized transaction raises serious concerns about their platform's security and transparency. I have already checked my records—there is no transaction or confirmation that justifies this charge.
