Since our rearview mirror broke in March 2023, it's been five months, and we're still waiting for the insurance company to pay. In May, someone from the company told us that the process was under way and that we would be paid. But we are still in the dark, with no clear answer in sight. Even though this is just a simple damage case, the amount of stress and trouble we are going through is hard to believe. If such a small problem takes so long to fix, I can't even imagine how hard it must be to fix bigger problems. This situation is getting worse and worse, and we need the insurance company to settle the claim right away.
