PDF Guru Charged Me Without My Authorization, Request Full Refund

On 20/07/2026 I found a charge of 49,99 € on my bank account from “SGT*PDF Gurucom”. I have never used or authorized any service with this name and I do not know what this payment refers to. The only related service I actually purchased was from HELP-QR-CODE.COM at 13727 Southwest 152nd Street 711, Miami, FL 33177, USA. After that purchase I did not subscribe to or approve any product or subscription connected to “SGT*PDF  Gurucom”, and I did not give consent for recurring payments. I consider the 49,99 € charge from “SGT*PDF Gurucom” to be unauthorized. I kindly request the immediate full refund of this amount, the cancellation of any possible subscription linked to my details and the permanent blocking of any future charges from your service to my account. I ask you to handle this matter urgently and to confirm in writing both the refund and the cancellation of any subscription.
