ShareChat Blocked My Device Without Any Explanation, Request Review

I am a Share Chat user and my device has been banned from using the app. When I open the Share Chat application on my phone and log in with my mobile number using the OTP, a message appears stating that my device is banned, and I am unable to access my account.
