Toyota Refuses Rear Window Replacement

On April 18, 2024, my car's rear window was shattered, so I turned to Toyota service. Despite a month passing, my window hasn't been replaced, and Toyota still hasn't provided a response on when it will be. Because of my broken window, my car has been unusable in the enclosed parking lot for a month. During a discussion with Toyota headquarters on May 15, 2024, they promised a replacement vehicle, but a day later, they informed me they couldn't provide one.
I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of action and communication from Toyota. It's incredibly inconvenient to be without my car for so long, especially when they assured me of a solution. Their failure to follow through on their promises is unacceptable, and I'm left feeling stranded and let down by their service.
