The expert firm called me twice to confirm that they had inspected the case and sent the file to the insurance company. However, when I contacted the insurance company, they stated that the case was not yet concluded and they were waiting for the expert report.
This process has been at a standstill for about two weeks now. I can't retrieve my vehicle from the service center, and no replacement vehicle has been provided. The company informed me that the person responsible for my case is on leave, but they would address it as soon as possible. Yet, the process continues to drag on.
