Auto Accident Coverage Delays at Zurich Insurance



On July 3, 2024, a traffic insurance claim was filed for my vehicle with license plate 34 DM **. The expert firm called me twice to confirm that they had inspected the case and sent the file to the insurance company. However, when I contacted the insurance company, they stated that the case was not yet concluded and they were waiting for the expert report.
This process has been at a standstill for about two weeks now. I can't retrieve my vehicle from the service center, and no replacement vehicle has been provided. The company informed me that the person responsible for my case is on leave, but they would address it as soon as possible. Yet, the process continues to drag on.
I call every day, but the insurance company lacks information about my file. My stationary motorcycle was hit, resulting in 2-3 fairing cracks. It seems they're avoiding dealing with even such a minor damage claim.
I've been without my vehicle for weeks, and my work is constantly being disrupted. This situation has left me frustrated and disappointed with the insurance company's handling of my claim and their apparent lack of urgency in resolving even small damage cases.
