Share Chat Banned My Account Without Any Warning Or Explanation

My Share Chat account linked to the mobile number 80003455** and the username _chora_01 has been banned without any explanation, and I have been unable to access it since December last year. For the last seven months, whenever I try to log in using OTP, the system shows the message “user is banned” and does not allow me to enter my account. Before this ban, I did not receive any notification, warning or message from Share Chat about any policy violation, suspension or any issue related to my account. I am not aware of any reason for this ban and I am extremely disturbed because I am completely unable to use my account. I kindly request that my account be checked urgently, the ban on my number 80003455** be removed and my access to the account with username _chora_01 be restored. If for any reason the ban cannot be removed, I ask you to clearly explain why my account has been banned and what exactly the issue is, so that I can understand the situation and take any necessary steps from my side.
